Hi all!

My names Lee, im in sunny Bedfordshire.

Havent got a landie at present but am working on it. Need to swap our exisiting car (calibra) for one but it has to be a 109/110 4 door (engine size and fuel not an issue). New born baby decides that it must be reliable and not require loads spending on it!

Would ideally like to meet with some other local people and there landies to get a feel for the vehicle a bit more (my history is with Classic & American cars! lol).

Also i supply parts for a living which may interest you V8 owners (carbs , manifolds , air filters etc) so more than happy to help out in that area where i can....

Anyway, nice to find an informative message board and look forward to chatting with you all!

Does this include Classic Yanks as well? (as opposed to 2 separate things)

We looked at getting an old yank for a 'weekend' car but decided to look for a landy instead because the insurance will be less for me when i learn to drive.
We are after a V8 either way!!!

We had looked at a '64 Caddy but decided that it wouldn't go in the garage (well, it would but you wouldn't be able to get out of it!!!).
Having said that neither will a landy - but landys are supposed to be kept outdoors...

Yep i work with american cars (classics mainly.. lol) 64 Caddy is cool, but not as much fun as a landie! lol
