Just done the lower seals, what a laugh.
I have fitted the drop arm but how far up the shaft should it go, I can still see about 2/3mm of spline above the arm on the shaft, but I have drifted it on, then ran the nut up and down, and lastly used a bottle jack and rasied it under the arm, lifting the whole front end. And I cant get it any higher. I know it is a tapered shaft but I dont want to run the risk of this comming adrift.
