Nearside door problems

Hi Could anyone tell my how to open the nearside door on my disco 1 without ripping my nails off everytime please :eek:

Probably the door springs in the lock! Just replaced mine. Symptoms mean that the door doesn't quite unlock, unless you use the key as well as opening the door handle.

Try www.disco-compatible-parts.com (http://www.disco-compatible-parts.com) I recently purchsed two front door springs at the cost of £7 ten times less than what main dealer wanted for one! Easy to fit, takes about 20 mins a door.
