Produced by 3M- seems also to go by the name of Windo Weld.
Used [ in America] to bond windscreens.
Appears also to be the 'dogs' at sealing any leak.
My interest is that it can be used to re-inforce/ repair engine mounts.
I just cannot find it in the UK. Not even Fleabay.
