Hi,
I'm writing on behalf of one of my friends who got a one year old LR Discovery3 bought in Romania. He and his family is now on holiday in Greece and his car broke down. Call LR Romania they've arranged LR Greece to pick up the car and give him a replacement vehicle. So far so good.
But since then he haven't heard back anything about his car. His call to the LR Greece are getting nowhere because of the lack of English knowledge. The Romanian dealers just point to the Greek LR etc etc. SO finger-pointing. We tried to call LR UK but they said the car was bought in Romania so it is their problem.
Okay so what we are looking for is an escalation path at LR headquarter or anywhere. Somebody who can sort out the issue as this is not looking good.
Any advice will be welcome.
