Hi all. I just acquired a Tunit II "performance" unit for my '99 TD.

It's got instructions about connecting the wires to 4 pins on the ecu, it does tell me which pin numbers to connect each wire to. How do I know which are the correct pins? I took the ecu cover off, but the only number I can see is a 20 by the far left pin in the centre row of the ecu, (looking from the front of the car into the engine bay).

Am I even looking in the right place for the pin numbers? Maybe the cover itself comes apart and I need to look on the actual connector block and not the ecu itself?

Anyone else fitted one of these themselves? If so what's the best way to go about it?

Any help/advice for a complete novice greatly appreciated :scratchCh

The top row is pins 1 (above 20) to 19.
Middle row has pins 20 to 37.
Bottom row has pins 38 (below 20) to 55.

Take care identifying the correct ones before making any connections.....
