Adding fog lights 2002 Facelift

I have a 2002 facelift van with no fog lights and would like to add in lights into the bumper, a couple of questions.

1. Do I really need to buy the LR original units and get a second mortgage.
2. Is the wiring in place?
3. Which relay is used, and does anyone know the wiring for the relay (I have a cheap source (not LR) for all sorts of configs so knowing what I need would be great.
