The internal section is a two piece unit and called:
Duct assembly-fresh air upper Part No. MWC1826
Duct assembly-fresh air lower Part No. MWC1827
Its the part that mates to the inside of the wing,and connects the air hose to the filter.
My V8 is now a TDI and I need to plumb in the snorkel! and being a V8 it never had this piece as it would not have side air intakes on wings
