fitted insa turbo traction tracks a little time ago . seem good but caught me out a little when there was a lot of camber on the road. thought the radious arm bushes had gone . ones on the axle. replaced them think they may have been britpart poly bushes . yellow any way. thing is now theres a bad torque steer. just wondered weather any one has come across this before . may be a little soft ?. tried the usual panhard bushes / track rod ends . running out of ideas ..alan

to be honest its something front wheel drive cars suffer from . high power ones usually. drive along take your hands off the wheel and accelerate and the steering will pull due to torque. thing is mine aint high powered and you can feel it doing it .. think the answear might be to fit gen rubber bush sort . but wondered iff any one had had a similair prob . cheers . alan...

ok i had a problem where when i accelerated the steering (and wheel)turned right, and if i let off, nothing, then foot down again it went a little bit more right, and so on... That was a ball joint on track rod.
I have had a similiar problem where the car would "steer" but the wheel did not move, and would go one way when accelerating and the other on braking. That was a bush on trailing arm.
I have recently had a problem with one of my landies veering right on heavy braking and i could not diagnose it. Eventually it was MOT time and i was sure they would find it, but no it passed. I got underneath with a pry bar and with some force i could see play in the radius arm (rear end) bush.
Good luck
