LR Series

I ordered a few bits and bobs online from LR Series. Their website is easy to use and well laid out. I received a special quotation from them as I am in South Africa, then processed the payment. Four days later I had the box in my hands.

OK, the courier charge was steep, and I had to pay customs duties and VAT on the package, but that's not LR Series' fault.

Overall, I am extremely impressed at the efficiency and general professionalism of the company. I'll certainly deal with them again.

I totally agree with what you say i have had a few parts from them very pleased, they give you a choice of genuine or replacement which is great. Woulnt hesitate to recomend them. Also very speedy delivery.:)

I had bad experiences ordering from them

Restocking fees cannot be applied with distance trading in mind.. additionally after paying for courier postage to be then charged an additional £15 if the courier cannot make his delivery.

The product was fine just the technicalities and legal side.

Distance Trading rules are something they havent heard of.
