Hi,

I recently purchase a 1953 Series III which was a great nick, Apart trom the interior. I took It to Invita interiors in Maidstone. Which recovered the seats, hood, door cards and all internal trimming. They are a very good company to deal with and very resonable. They offered lots of different materials and offered a completely bespoke interior if requested. I stuck with a traditional landrover style and colour. I highly reccomend them. there website is

Thanks Edd but the link doesn't work. Would be good to see..

Trakkers can also offer the same service via Exmoor Trim for bespoke interior and restoration. We have done a number of jobs but most notably the Dalai Lama`s Land Rover, King George VI's 86" Land Rover Restoration from Balmoral Estate, HUE (the first Series I off the prodcution line,) We have also undertaken customs recently for Hugh Fernly Whittingstall and his happy chickens and Richard Hammonds Series I and custom trim for his Defender. We also worked on Ken Wheelrights Transporter collection.

Hugh was especially kind and donated us a signed copy of his book too. :-)

We also do off the shelf Restoration Kits for Series I and II-III

Cheers
Aron

I assume you meant these Guys Ed? http://www.invicta-interiors.com/

It's always good when you get great service from a company. Doesn't happen often enough these days.
