Lady with electric window problem!!!

Can anyone help?!! Just brought home my new to me 03 TD4 5 door Freelander SE....... Everything lush apart from when I got home after a 6 hour trip, all windows except drivers and tailgate have stopped working!!:(.....Any help and ideas please thanx :)

I'm not too sure on the '03 model but on the facelift there's the switch on the drivers door to 'lock' the electric windows so they cant be opened/closed. Have you knocked this?

Same prob...... 53 td4 SE windows not working!! (only drivers and tailgate) No sound nothing dead as!!
Anyone know a link to wiring diagram for this? My hub thinks he can do it!! But he hasn't so far!!!:eek:

First check that all fuses are correct, then check wiring where it passes from door to car.

hey guys thanks for all the help
the 5 amp fuse had gone which i didnt notice when i pulled the first 4 out oops
then the rear window went down and wouldnt go up ! lovely cable snagging noises!!!!!!!!!!
pulled door apart cables not broke just snagged so plastic bracket at top broke
drilled a hole in top bracket bolt and big washer and put it back together
still works!!!!
must remember to get spare cable which when i need it will either be at home or will have cable but no tools in the babes car!
