leather seats

Hi, Im looking for freelander mk1, 5 door leather seats.However, I have been made a good offer on 3 door seats. Problem is I dont know whether the 5 door and 3 door seats are interchangeable. I know the 3 door seats have to flip forward but I dont mind that. Is there any other problem I might encounter?
Anyone in the know please help on this.
