Any lucky people out there got sensible insurance for a 3.5 efi Vogue. If so, how and who? Can't seem to get the brokers to talk sensible money.

Try NFU. only pay £150 TPF&T for the hybrid, so s "standard" RR should be cheaper. Tell them you name is "Old Mc Donald" (EiEiO!)

Like I told you, a Rangie is not for you!

You can't go leaving all your junk in the back, that's just not how one does it.

Hold on a mo, have you seen the back of my Rangie lately??

Very slowly and gently! giving out copious amounts of sweat and "are you sure this is going to work??" to the assembled crowd of onlookers. The worst bit was coming out, to the front, blue sky, to the rear, earth and rock, to the sides, water!

The sides of that little burn were so steep that a 90 with a big spare tyre and a hi-lift fastened to the back door managed to bend the hi-lift mount on it's way down. Now try figuire out how I got a fairly standard Range Rover in and out on exactly the same path without so much as a scrape!

Flippin' tiny little Suzy's made that little crossing look SO easy.

Tiny little Suzys are usually vastly underrated by people who either don't know or care that they have a proper gearbox and chassis and they are light if slightly underpowered as standard. Very adequate trucks.

Agree with you 101% there Alan!

A bit further round from where that shot was taken I decided that it'd be a really good idea to follow some tyre tracks through what was obviously a peat bog. Unfortunately said tyre tracks were made by a Argo cat! OOPS! The sinking feeling set in, within seconds I was in so deep the doors wouldn't open and the front bumper had long since dissapeared. First vehicle to arrive was a little Suzy, which struggled valiantly on the end of a KERR, and somehow managed to pull one very bedraggled Range Rover free. Put himself backwards into a ditch in the process, from which I returned the favour and extracted him. Friends are friends whatever they drive.
