Here's a few pics of the job I'm busy on just now. Third one is the "before" shot.

I put the pedals on the wrong side? Doh! Maybe that's why I can't get the exhaust to fit! Actually I can't get it to fit because chassis is made to do either right or left hand drive and what would be the fuel tank outrigger on the left side (passenger side in UK, driver side in US) is getting in the way.

The engine is a standard landrover 2.25 diesel. Probably from a series 2, I suspect as the thing was originally a petrol.

Chris,

Don't know if you are thinking this was the post we were talking about but actually this is the bulkhead repair one I had in mind which shows the top rail repair better. http://www.landrovernet.com/forum/showthread.php?t=16622

Oh yes, I like nothing better than repairing rusty bulkheads for fun!!! ...However, I think taking all things into account, I'll have pass on the offer and allow you the opportunity to accquire these valuable practical skills yourself. :D You'll can churn them out by the lorry load after you've done a few. I'm sure there's bit of demand too.

Given the number of landrovers you're involved with, if you haven't already got one you'd probably find a wee MIG welder a lot better investment than paying anyone to do the job. I have a 100 amp one and use it all the time.
