Hi,
I've got a 4 year old intercooler from a 300Tdi which I took off earlier this year when I upgraded it. I was going to hang onto it in case I transferred the upgrade to another vehicle. Not sure what the 'going rate' would be so PM me with an offer.

I Have No Idea What These Items Go For, Depends On Condition And Your Location,
Terry,
Condition is A1 apart from being a little dirty.
There is a Td5 intercooler on e-bay currently at £45 with nearly 5 days left to run.

the gearbox is the later R360 model from a disco.
I gather you mean a R380(?)
If it's from a Disco, does that mean you have a short gear stick that exists between the driver and passenger seat (if engine and gearbox in standard position)???
In which case, transmission cover hole position - which is different between the LT77 box and R380 (defender based) will be irrelevant, as the gear stick won’t be existing from it…..
Although when a Disco gearbox is fitted to a Defender, I’m unsure to where the High/low ratio lever will end up.
Transmission hole position is also determined by the bellhousing cover plate that is fitted to the bulkhead – which fills the gap between bulkhead and transmission cover.
Also what engine have you got fitted?
If it’s a 200Tdi is this still in the standard position? As if you fit a R380 box (Defender version) to the back of it, the gear stick ends up in the same position as the LT77….
The only difference being, as standard a R380 is fitted behind a 300Tdi which is mounted 2 inches further forward in the engine bay…. Which means the gearbox is also moved forward 2 inches… hence why the difference transmission cover mountings.

`hI, thanks for above. ok here is what I am trying to do. I have a disco R380 box, transfer box etc. I am planing to fit into my 110. The engine is going to be the new HS 2.8 tdi. I have at the moment the V8 gearbox L77, so I am hoping to get the parts needed for the exchange frompetrol power to diesel before I collect the engine early next year. From what you have said I am looking for a 300 tdi tunnel, I like the idea of the shorter stick and its a better gearbox.
Any further help would be great. thanks terry

Sorry to hijack the thread, but, vwhat is the difference in position of the transfer lever, of the
LT230 transfer box fitted to the 200 Tdi Disco and the LT230 Defender box ?
