DO any of you have rectangular spots on the front of your disco, do you have pictures??
I would like to fit some spots but I think I prefer rectangular lights, I haven't been able to find any pictures of anyone elses though, any ideas?
Not my disco, but I`am waiting for my tea :D

Sorry no pics but I had rectangular driving lamps on my Disco and thought they looked O.K.

thanks lego, I was thinking more as driving lights rather than fog lights though....
Heres a rubbish artists impression of what I had in mind.....
Ah you mean the grill mounted ones

Just because you have lights mounted on the bottom of your front bumper doesn't mean they have to be fog lights. You can have low down mounted driving lights as well, it all depends on the brightness and the tilt they're used at.
I personally prefer to use big round fog lights mounted near the grill and then use rectangular driving lights underneath inside the plastic end caps of the bumper. I'm considering fitting some to my Discovery as it happens.
If I were to fit rectangular lights for fog lights I'd probably fit the roof mounted ones you can get.

I tend to agree - rectangles for rectangles, rounds for rounds...

Be careful where you fit the lamps as there are regulations covering height and distance. Maybe best to check with your dealer.
Mine were fitted on a bracket attached to the top of the bumper.
I would go for rectangular to match the shape of your headlamps.
Good luck. :)

I'm looking to put them more widely spaced than Michelle's
Kind of like Number 1 rather than number 2 in the attached pic

ISTR that it was reccomended to have the extra lamps closer to the outside rather than the inside (middle) so the lights are more stable.
Personally I prefer version 1 of the photos, but then again, I'd also stick some on the roof for night off-roading/greenlaning.
Whatever your choice, good luck
