Part numbers

Hi I am after the part numbers for the shocks front and rear on the Disco 2 04 and also the stering damper. :D

What would be even better is can any one tell me how to get a parts list. Landrover just say that there isnt one avaliable. I cant belive that? :o

I was looking for this kind of thing myself. does anyone know if it comes in PDF format along the lines of the RAVE CD ? Cos' £37.00 for the printed version is a wee bit steep !
