I have a 94 300TDi which I have removed the EGR and fitted a Turbo meter to monitor the boost.(Best accsesory I have fitted). I have tweeked the fuel pump to add more fuel pre-boost and it realy helps at low revs and only took 5 mins. to do.
I now want to remove the Cat in the front pipe but can,t find any one who can supply a replacement front pipe without the cat.(cost £200 plus) I may have to resort to the gas axe but would like to keep the exsisting front pipe whole so it could be replaced if needed. Has anyone done this and if so where did they get the part from. I was told that the front pipe froma 200TDi would fit but a local exshuat supplier said it wouldn't fit as the lenght was different.
