Graham,

If you've registered it with symantec you could try asking them if you can download it, if you have a product reg. no.

Why bother Graham, why not download AVG (http://www.grisoft.com/us/us_index.php) for free?

AVG drives me mad - every time you get an email from someone with AVG, it's laden with text attachments, sigs, footers, tellign you how wonderfully virus-free the email is :snarl:

Had to buy it again another £25 squid :(

If I had the activation product key number they could have done something for me.

Turn that feature off then :)

I find AVG picks up a lot of stuff that nortons misses.

AVG Version 7 is an excellent program, far far less bloat than Norton, it's free, is capable of operating with any email client now, and just works :)
