E mail advice please

I have a company email address and I need to set up for other people to have their email to come to them.
Set up one the other day but it always comes to my PC how do I get it to go to their mail box.

Anyone done this :rolleyes:

Is it a POP account??

What do you use to check emails?? (outlook express etc...)

Yes POP incoming SMPT outgoing using outlook

Use message rules (tools, message rules ==> mail)
to redirect the mail either to their account or their folder when it arrives.

Not sure what I should be doing here :rolleyes:

At the moment their mails are coming into the company email, so I would think that I need to set up somewhere a folder with their email address for the mails to go. Not sure how to proceed :(

Whoever is hosting your company email should have given you access to a control panel where you can add/edit and delete mailboxes.

Once other users are added they simply setup outlook with their details like you did with yours.
