Does anyone have a circuit diagram for a simple LPG set up. Manual switching etc. What safety relays do I need to fit. I understand that the gas needs to be switched off if the engine stalls.

Many thanks.

Try this site. They have a lot of useful info

http://www.wtv-uk.co.uk/

You need to be able to shut off the gas supply at the tank with the ignition and you also need to cut off the supply to the vapourizer if you stall the engine. Thatr is done by sensing the feed to the coil or the pulses in the HT lead. Done by a sinple sensor circuit and relay. In all you normally end up with three gas valves. One on the tank one on the gas supply to the vaporizer and one on the vaporizer. then you need one in the petrol line to close that off when on gas.

Take a look at the LPGa website. Click here (http://www.lpga.co.uk/LPGA.htm). I use this site quite a bit and it’s very useful. This site also lists all the LPG Filling stations in the UK and they are also starting up a database for Europe.:D
