Hi
Just a word [or two] of warning. I bought a new caravan from Country Choice Caravans of Stamford Bridge nr. Tewkesbury in August of last year.
When I picked it up I noticed the rear light was broken, but they reasured me that if I took the van they would arrange to sort it,I trusted them, mistake.
When I got my new van home I noticed it had a rip in one of the seat backs, closer inspection revealed sweets [all sticky] down the back of the cushions, the van was in a filthy state, and parts were missing.
I informed Country Caravans of this and again was reassured it would be sorted.
It took endless phone calls and letters and in December the new light arrived [for me to fit] the other problems are still unresolved 7 months later, after even more letters and phone calls, all this on a new van.
If you are ever, or anyone you know is ever tempted to use Country Caravans beware, and don't part with a penny untill you are 100% satisfied with what you are buying, and make sure that what you are buying is what they say it is.
