Ironman Springs

Been looking at various sites in the US and it would seem that Ironman do a lift kit for the Freelander, anyone have any experience of them. Keen to find out if its just the springs that are replaced or if its the shocks as well.

some uk companies are now offering 2" lift springs and shocks to compliment .. landrover mags ...

i have no experience of these kits though , although i was considering this before everything changed and i ended up with a lift kit that looks like a 90 :D
