Could a P38 be used as an expedition vehicle? I have been looking in the Mags and most people use 110's. I love my 110 but it is so noisey. I know they did series 3 G4 vehicles (not for sale to the likes of us) but that is out of my price range even if you could get em. Would a diesel P38 be viable? they are getting pretty cheap now. And it would be a lot more comfy! Just wonderd why people tend to use 110's?

Why not? What you need is a Testbook or alternative in case of electrical problems. Most of the other problems can be solved on place.

I don't see why not, It would be as good as the New Range Rovers I would imagine. Mines a 2001 2.5 Diesel and it does great on the Offroad I do (Basically up hills and a cross fields)
