TD4 Freelander problems update

Well after the last update, I was hoping for some replies from fellow landies, anyway Landrover took the vehicle back to the shop, new gearbox clutch and shaft fitted along with some other items.
After speaking with the lease company they have got a refund from LR and this vehicle is back on the market?
Landrover attempted to give me a new freelander which I have refused, as it was a lower version.
Totally dissatisfied with them, I have pushed for a Disco but no Joy, the leasing company is in discussion with another reputable 4 x 4 and hopefully I will have a new vehicle soon.
Total let down by LR I have a total new impression of LR and its a shame, as they have a great product line.
I will supply the VIN number so no one buys this vehicle as only 2 years left on the warranty now.:( :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:

You sound like you have had the same problems as me with clutch on Freelander. I have had one new clutch last year and it has started to go again so have just taken the decision to get shot of it and got a good deal from the dealer on an 04 disco 2.

I hope you get yours sorted, I think if you do a search on here you will come up with a couple of other threads with people telling of the same problems.
