What software do you use to make those cool little moving picture gif's?

I don't know about Vicky but I use Animation shop if I want to create a GIF.

Hi Jon,
I used Paint Shop Pro Animation. For the one of me going through the ford, my digital camera was on continuous shoot and captured about 10 shots, and PSP Animation turned it into a GIF. The one of me going through the mud was done the same way but from frames captured from my camcorder.:D
