good off roader req (cash)

i find my self here yet again.
looking for well prepared and capable off roader.
bob tail range or disco,
needs to be caged, winch fitted, lifted with good tyre set up and protected from the good old rocks ...ive seen all the e ebay beasts and AWDC but as allways there miles away and i am sick of travelling from midlands to look at some ones well preped bag of scrap.
any one know of a good beast up for grabs// willing to spend up to 4k. cash awaits some thing decent, petrol / diesel. doesnt matter so long as its done right. also must be road legal
