hello,

my boss has bought the RR Sport HSE (git!) and he has asked me this question.

"is the AUX thingy on the rear whatnot any good for one's ipod, Smithy?"

I am assuming he means the Auxiliary headphone socket on the rear console and he wants to connect his ipod to the stereo and control it.

I know it won't control it, but is it an input or output socket?......and would a stereo signal be transferred to the cars sound system?

He had the Harmon Kardon Logic7 system added as an option and although Dennison do a kit, it doesn't fit the RRS nor can i seem to get the Monster cable iCruze in the UK?

any help gratefully received, he's an alright boss actually

I would presume it would be in his handbook, as to it's uses.
Aux would suggest an input of sorts, as this is the current fashion! :D
but for some reason, I'm sure I've seen a headphone socket marked aux on one vehicle but can't remember which one?
