Diesel starter motor

I'm on the look-out for a new, or very good used, starter for an '83 S3 2 1/4 diesel.
Or the later 2.5Td/200/300Tdi geared job.
Somebody must have a spare squirrelled away somewhere.

I have one on a 1982 2286 diesel, can be seen working if you can collect, £30, location, Walsall.

Is it inertia or pre-engaged type?

Its pre engaged, as far as i am aware the inertia type were only fitted to petrols, i can mail you a pic of it this weekend to confirm type, let me know.
