Hello all
Is there anyone out there with a fire engine???
I have recently moved premises to a new unit at work, and we have a nice secluded yard, tucked away in the far corner of an industrial estate. We also have the entrance to an old WW2 air raid shelter as well!
The entrance had been bricked up and filled with rubble, but this has now been removed, and the shelter is full of water. I have pumped a lot of it out, (with a small sub pump) over the course of many weeks, but still havent made much of a dent in it.
So....
Is there anyone out there with an interest in ww2 history, and who wants an opportunity to give their machine a run?
The shelter has been closed off for at least the last 30 years, according to one of the locals, so heaven knows what might be in there?
I am located near to Dudley, West Midlands.
Anyone interested in answering the alarm bell?
