I think this was the same book my Mummy bought me last xmas, if it is the same one, I will check when I get home, it was £23 or something and about the size of the yellow pages. I am sure it was the reprint.

Is it TS's 'Vehicle Dependent Expedition Guide' you're on about?

If so, it was first published in 1998 ISBN 0-9532324-0-9 and does retail for twenty odd quid.

A signed (Mr Sheppard himself), numbered copy given away by the LR Middle East Regional Office to celebrate Land Rover's 50th anniversary.

It has a prime position in the toilet library!
