Hi i have just bought my first landrover product which is a1996 discovery 300tdi model. this has side steps fitted which i would like to leave on for the kids. the problem occurrs with all the mud and muck which accumulates on these steps. I have seen in magazines some mud flaps for the front wheels that were shaped and formed to close the gap between the side steps and the back of the wheel arch. Can any body help me with a part number or an address where i can posibly get them as my local landrover dealer has no idea what i am looking for. hope you guy`s can help , thanks.

This was a major problem with the Disco I! I have not seen the product you describe for the earlier Discovery's, only the SII's. However as the dimensions for that part of the body is the same on all Discovery's, perhaps this will work just as well. Alternatively take the side steps off........
