Sea Foam ??

I read on another forum about giving the top end a good cleaning by adding a bottle of sea foam to the intake while the truck is running...let sit for 20 30 min and then go drive..Lots for smoke for 10 min but cleans up the top end nicely


any feedback on this..anyone done it and what results did you get.
