Disco 1 seatbelts

I think I have looked through all the threads on seatbelts, so if I missed it well, I'm sure you'll all tell me.......

I have a Disco 1 300 series and want to upgrade the middle seat belt on the middle row from a lap belt to a 3 point, mainly for kid seats (well 3ryr olds toddler seat). Anybody any ideas?

Don't think you can?

As most 3point centre belts rely on the seat back to carry the inertia reel (which means the seat back frames have to be very strong, and latched securely).
The alternative, is the current style of MPVs to have the reel in the roof lining and 2 sockets on the seat, but again, the roof on the disco is not designed to carry an inertia seatbelt reel.

A word of warning, any modifications to the seatbelts could render you liable for any injuries, and possibly void your insurance as the modifications may affect the safety of the passengers.
