high fellow rr freakes
have "79"mod axles & wish to throw out thier innerds & replace them with "89" mod innerds. my? is ,will there be any difference in the gearing. 79s are from a manuel & 89s from auto. box with abs.
last yr i was in england to biy a rr 4 door- convert it to l.h.d.& put body on my 79 chassis with 300 tdi &man box. **** what a job- but its finished (well you know what i mean)---- i will just thank you guys for your advice------- wy didnt someone say dont touch it ??? fitted zeus gears at the same time---great investment--pulls better mid-range---32/gal around town & 34+ on a run .
