Hi
Just like to say hello to everyone. I am an IT Project Manager working currently in the Glasgow/Edinburgh area. Although an ‘office’ worker, I have generally maintained all my own cars, (although this is near impossible with the newer ones), and don’t mind getting dirty. Although my main hobbies revolve around cars, it has mainly been around the classics and sports varieties and I have kept away from 4x4’s, until now. Always had a secret hankering though, must be the ‘kid’ in me.
As I live in the Scottish Borders and we have been promised an interesting winter, I have taken the opportunity to purchase a Range Rover 3.9 Vogue of 1990 vintage, which has a few problems, but hopefully none that can’t be fixed reasonably easy. Time will tell.
I suppose this is just toe in the water stuff hence buying at the cheaper end, but looking forward to the experience.
Cheers
Peter :)
