My first post. I used to be OK at changing engines & gear boxes etc before everything was covered up and yellow tages showed the bits that you are allowed to play with. Without a Haynes manual I'm stuck. I've got a V reg Disco TD5 with a lot of play in the clutch pedal - getting worse and no improvement from bleeding from the slave cylinder. No obvious leaks, and no loss of fluid. I think that the master cylinder might need to be replaced. (Apparently no repair kits for models of this age.)
Anybody advise if this is the likely solution, and how hard it is to do the job?
