I don't drink lager I drink European beers imported Stella would be my favourite no chemicals just brewed beer no headache or hang over.

Stella is a lager, lager is the way it's brewed. Beers fall into two broad categories: Those that are produced by top-fermenting yeasts (ales) and those that are made with bottom-fermenting yeasts (lagers). There are some hybrids. However there is a big difference between the hieniken/carling largers and imported stella and other proper lagers, bit like the difference between John Smiths type beers and real ales. I can drink real lager, can't stomach the stuff most pubs pass off as lager.

I think this thread is about some hi tech activity/research that the Americans are doing looked though the links but someone mentioned beer/lager whisky etc and that always sidetracks me.:D
