recipe:
2 large onions
1 papaya
1 lime
40g birds eye chiles
60g scotch bonnet chiles
4floz lemon juice
8floz vinegar
5 teaspoons english mustard
basicly de seed the chiles, throw everything in a blender until smooth. Simmer on a hob for 20minutes then allow to cool before bottling.
get some gloves on for when you de seed the chiles, belive me they burn like you wouldnt believe:eek:
