Guday mateys, I'm actually an Aussie lurking in the Land of Smiles at the moment teaching English at a uni. Got bored being a journo in Aus, which has become too over-regulated - rather like Britain I imagine.
The Navigator and I have a Disco 300TDi and a camper trailer stored on the brother in law's farm in Aus and I'm missing it terribly, as there aren't exactly a lot of 4WDriving opportunities in Bangkok, where 10 million people do rather cramp your style. We even bought a little Toyota Vios car (oh, say it's not so) just for pottering about here. So I come on forums like this occasionally to relieve the symptoms of 4WD deprivation.
We're going back to Brisbane in May-June for a month, so the Disco will be coming out of hibernation and I plan to get it very dirty.
