Yes, is the simple answer, looks a lot like the side trim on the Rover seats on my 200, like a triangle of plastic, with three plastic rods sticking out which hold it in place. These can easy break off, if you catch the trim with a bag etc. Hence why I think your bit is missing.

LOL @ O/F ;-)
That's what I figured .. thanks. Guess I'll go to the scrappers and see if any other Rover seats match the pattern .. at least then I can be the one to knock them off with my handbag :buck:

I did say bag, i am sure I said bag... nothing about handbag.... :p
(Ours is a three door Rover 200, which is why the plastic bits get caught, too lazy to move the seats.)
If you look closely, you can see the holes which the plasic bits go into. Try the dealer as well, just for a price comparrison if nothing else, I have been surprised before, something like that comes in cheap, because you assume it will be expensive.

Spot on L90 .. they are 1.99 each from LR :) got one from stock, the other on order for Thursday - along with a key for the roof-bars so I can get them removed and stop the damn whistling noise !
Cheers
