You will need a new P gasket which is constructed from thin metal.

Also required will be a viscous fan removal spanner.

Disconect the battery and drain the coolant.
Remove the radiator top hose.

Remove intercooler hose

Remove viscous fan unit...its opposite threads so tap it to the RHS (when facing the front of the engine)
