rear load space

hi there firstly I have to admit my regular drive is a 90td
and the wife a primera
however the wife has expressed an interest in a freelander
but ask just how much load space has it got? more or less than a primera hatchback estate car????

Not sure about the primera estate, but it's certainly got a lot of room .. for instance after a visit to a friends house last night I currently have in the boot -

50 DVD cases
21" Sony monitor
2 x 5 gallon fuel cans
plus all the usual assorted crap I keep in there AND the load space cover is drawn over it too.

All my tools etc that I carry for emergencies are in the locker under the floor (including a rigid tow-pole) so the whole boot is left for stuff.

It's a big boot anyway ... ;-)
