I need to borrow a roof tent!

Anyone got a roof tent they'd be willing to lend/lease/donate/sell me for a three week jaunt to Morocco in late September?
New ones are over priced IMHO, and trying to get one on Fleabay is like getting in Ritzys on a Saturday night.

A roof tent is not essential. Done all areas/terrains in Morrocco, twice of which were in a normal ground tent. The only essential items are sand pegs. It also gives the freedom of being able to drive when your tents erected. However, there's nowt like the comfortable mattress in a roof tent.

I know they're not essential but you hit the nail on the head with the comment about a nice firm mattress to sleep on.

And use a 9x9? Good god man, I do enough of that at work!
