REMIND THE WIFE!!!!!!

I recently took the side steps off my disco to lube the bolt threads etc. I decided to keep them off till winter as no-one really used them apart from my old dad...thats a long story so...anyway....they are off. Now I told the wife they were off and she didnt care. However, after a journey not all that long after, she stepped out, forgot the steps were away and then met the ground faster than anticipated. Just thought that if anyone else does this, that they should at least remind the wife/partner/whatever when they are getting out. They can be a tad forgetful at times.

That is SO something i'd do! I guess she just doesn't realise how much she used them! :D

I think that was the case. She just went onto automatic pilot on the way out..LOL...just remembered...when I ordered them in the first place...she asked.."Do you really need them?"...LOLOLOLOLOL
