hi and welcome . my 300 has indicaters in the bumper and rear 1/4 panels. weather its a conversion i dont know. but you could fit rear 1/4 units off a 200 and re wire, would be straight forward enough. actualy i think the rear light from a meastro van are the same too ?. alan.....

You'll need to have a rear bumber which has the cut-outs for the lights. If yours is rusting (it's common) that might be an excuse to change it rather than rub it down and spray it! I would assume the bumpers are identical other than that and are therefore interchangeable - but check first. Or another option, if you have the tools, is to take the bumper off and do the cut-out yourself!
Then all you need to do is buy the two light modules and wire them in.

As a side issue, I recently replaced my rear bumper lights because one was cracked and the other one just looked old. I'd bought a new bumper anyway because the other one had suffered quite bad corrosion, and I wanted the whole lot to look new.
I've been looking at my old lamps and I've been wondering what to do with them. I've taken the red and orange plastic lenses out which just leaves the lamp assembly itself, and I reckon I could quite easily make an LED module the right size to go in there. Then I could just cut some clear plastic to size and recover the lamps and job done - LED lamps for the rear bumper.
I've got to figure out a way to do it so that LEDs can be replaced if necessary though...
