Leki Walking sticks

I've bought one of their telescopic sticks, (coloured out their logo with a magic marker), for walking in the hills down this way. Though I like the stick I am disappointed it does not reach up to my shoulder as that would make it a great asset for shooting/deer stalking. Now I paid just 27euro for it and was wondering if anyone knew of a comparable stick that does come up to the shoulder? (if that makes sense?)

Go to a "Articoli sanitari" shop and look at the walking aids and crutches.
With luck you'll find one with the same diametres, then with a bit of fiddling you can make an additional section to get the desired lenght...

How I love this country that it has these specialist shops! Not to mention the vast mountains or Abruzzo to go walking up. I trust you are well? I wasn't able to get to the meet recently and only discovered about it when I passed by me old email address the other day. Did you go to it?

I have another critter incoming. Therefore long travels aren't possilbe at least until delivery...
