Help, LPG, newbie.

Hello

Just bought a '82 109 county station wagon which is mint But.... its duel fuel which isn't a problem, the problem is the LPG tank is in the back and seems huge also causing the loss of six seats, now i was wondering is it possible to get the LPG tank put underneath somewhere therefore gaining the 6 lost seats. Any advice would be welcome be it about this matter or not. :rolleyes:

yep you can get undersill tanks

are you intending to use it for offroading?

Hmm well we are not intenting to use her for serious off roading.

In which case i would recommend undersill tanks.

You can either buy some suitable tanks 2nd hand (ebay etc) or there are several companies (RPi, Chris Perfect etc) who sell them new.

Obviously buying 2nd hand will be cheaper, although depending on your mechanical competence you may still want to get it fitted by a garage....
