Hi there,

Im new to this forum and was after some advice on my 02 plate Discovery. Last week, i was driving home and all the electrics cut out on my dashboard, i took it to my local garage, not a Land Rover Dealers and they reckon that there is some kind of code that meant that stops me from replacing it myself. He reckons i can only go to a Land Rover Dealer. Is there anyway i can get round this as i dont really want to head to the dealer straight away.

Sorry this is a bit vague, i dont really know much else.

Thank you for any input that you may have
Mike
